Wilson Neely

Director of Strategic Initiatives

Wilson joined InterNex in January 2020 as Director of Strategic Initiatives after a 37-year career as a lawyer at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York City.

Wilson’s legal experience includes hundreds of transactions encompassing leveraged buyouts, public company M&A, private investments, IPOs and high yield offerings, and joint ventures. As a senior M&A partner at Simpson, Wilson had a leading role in establishing the firm’s unparalleled private equity practice, including through his representation of Blackstone in scores of completed deals.

Wilson serves on the board of Gates Industrial Corporation plc and is also on the board of the University of Texas Law School Foundation, Historic Hudson Valley, Readworks, and myFace. Wilson hold a B.A. cum laude from Dartmouth College and a J.D. with honors from the University of Texas Law School.
